About the Internship
Our innovative Early Careers Programme is the cornerstone of our hiring efforts. We bring together a diverse group of university students and graduates with outstanding academic records and partner them with our own industry experts to provide an unparalleled learning and mentoring experience. As an Intern, you’ll spend your first week completing a global comprehensive training programme with your peers, led by experienced members of our team.
The aim of the training programme is to give you both the tools you need to work in investment banking, and position you to thrive in any situation during your time at PWP – whether analytical, relationship-building or client-facing.
While assignments vary day-to-day, typical tasks include:
- Analysis of company and industry specific financial information including business plan forecasts and valuation
- Creation of presentations to reflect analyses in a clear and concise manner
- Coordination of execution of advisory mandates as part of a deal team
At PWP, we believe the best way to learn is on the job. As a valued member of the team from day one, you can be assured you’ll finish your internship with unparalleled insight into the global advisory business.
You should possess a strong academic track-record and demonstrate a thorough grasp of financial concepts. Other qualities we look for include a high degree of intellectual curiosity, a strong work ethic, a positive and collaborative attitude, clear and concise communication skills and the desire to take initiative and be the best at what you do.
The application deadline is 16th October 2020. We advise you to apply in advance of the deadline as we are reviewing applications on a rolling basis and therefore positions may be filled before the final application deadline.
