2023 Global Advisory Diversity Prep Programmes (Germany Office Interest)

March Event:   

Dates: 21 March – 22 March 2023

Format: This two and a half day workshop will begin with a global, virtual half-day session, followed by a two-day, in-person event.

Agenda: 

• Participate in a panel Q&A session led by bankers identifying as Women, Black, Asian, Minority Ethnicity, and/or LGTBQ+ discussing “Diverse Perspectives in the Banking World” 
• Hear from our senior leaders about PWP’s Diversity & Inclusion journey 
• Engage with representatives across all levels and build your network  
• Develop your technical and leadership skills through various training sessions 

April Event:  

Dates: 4 April - 5 April 2023 

Format: This two and a half day workshop will begin with a global, virtual half-day session, followed by a two-day, in-person event.

Agenda: 

• Participate in a female-led panel session discussing “The Evolving Role of Female Leaders in Finance”  
• Hear from our senior leaders about PWP’s Diversity & Inclusion journey 
• Engage with representatives across all levels and build your network  
• Develop your technical and leadership skills through various training sessions

Undergraduate students graduating between December 2024 – July 2025 are encouraged to apply. 

Application Instructions: Candidates interested in summer and full-time opportunities in Germany should apply to this position. We ask that candidates apply to one Prep Programme and indicate whether they are interested in the March or April event on their application.
