Our Summer Associate Program:

Our Team:

The Houston Energy team focuses on providing M&A Advisory services to clients across the Upstream/IST, Infrastructure, Energy Services & Equipment and New Energy industries.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Analysis and research of company and industry specific financial information
  • Conduct complex quantitative analysis and financial valuation
  • Create client presentations
  • Develop and deliver industry knowledge and strategic business ideas
  • Engage in due diligence processes
  • Overseeing the execution of advisory mandates as part of a deal team

About You:

  • Completing an MBA degree by June 2027
  • Relevant prior work experience
  • Understanding of and demonstrated interest in industry participants, performance drivers, trends and challenges
  • Intellectual curiosity and aptitude for problem solving and numerical analysis
  • Thorough grasp of financial concepts
  • A strong work ethic and a high level of personal integrity
  • A positive and collaborative attitude
  • Clear and concise communication skills
  • Desire to take initiative and excel at what you do
  • Demonstrated interest in working in energy financial services
