Informationals are an opportunity to connect with our bankers in a one-on-one setting.  You will need to specify your location and team interest in your registration form. All informationals will be coordinated based on your indicated preferences and are limited to one per candidate.

  • New York FIG: Insurance, Asset Management, Insurtech, Banks and Specialty Finance. 
  • New York Technology: Software, Internet/eCommerce, Tech-Enabled / Business Services, Hardware and Semiconductors spaces. 
  • New York Restructuring: Comprehensive advisory services in complex turnaround, distressed, and bankruptcy situations, with a multi-dimensional approach that generates optimal outcomes for all stakeholders.
  • New York Capital Markets Advisory: Tailored advisory services including identifying, structuring and negotiating financing solutions collaborating alongside PWP's industry coverage teams. 
  • San Francisco Technology: Software, Internet/eCommerce, Tech-Enabled / Business Services, Hardware and Semiconductors spaces. 

Eligibility: MBA or JD students with an interest in investment banking, graduating between December 2026 and June 2027.
